MAES National Magazine was founded in 1992 and the parent
company is GVR Public Relations Agency, Inc., Ralph Gonzalez,
is an advisor to MAES National Magazine following a long career
in the space industry at National Aeronautics Astronautics
in San Diego, California; the McDonnell Douglas Aircraft Company
in Santa Monica, California and the NASA Johnson Space Center
in Houston, Texas, where he served as a Space Shuttle Program
Manager until his retirement in 1998. He began his successful
career as an aeronautical engineer and is a graduate of Texas
